DMA Seminar: Doctrine of Sin

DMA Seminar: Doctrine of Sin

The deceptiveness and heinousness of sin is often undetected in our lives and yet it remains within us, ever to seek our destruction. Fortunately, by God's grace, we can hunt it, identify them and fight them. This is why considering the doctrine of sin -- how we're affected by original sin,  indwelling sin and the myriads ways that scripture speaks of sin -- together is often helpful and enlightening. As we are secured by how Christ bore our sins on the cross, we gained the freedom to look upon it in its full view.

What does it mean to say that the Bible is necessary, sufficient, clear and authoritative? What implications does this have for life, ministry and fellowship? In particular, how does what we believe about the Bible relate to who Jesus is and what he has done?
