Culture is formed not only by the big decisions, but by the countless small ones — what we prioritise, how we communicate, what we affirm or pray for. It's the lived reality of our leadership. We know the gospel is meant to shape everything we do, but as we juggle the myriad of tasks as leaders, we can unintentionally create a culture that subtly leads people away from Jesus -- not through what we say, but through how we do things. How can the gospel reshape that reality?
At RHC, our five core values flow out of the gospel and are what give expression to our church culture. In this 3-session course, we dive into how our values are the building blocks of our church culture; and how we can intentionally cultivate this culture in the ministries we lead— one that not only speaks of grace but breathes it into the everyday life and rhythm of our ministries.
This course is for any RHC member interested to learn more about gospel culture, whether you are an existing leader or not.
