In the ancient church calendar, Maundy Thursday is the traditional day where Christians commemorate the Last Supper. The word “Maundy” comes from the Latin mandatum (“command”), referring to Jesus’ command in John 13:34: “A new command I give you: Love one another.” We will be gathering for an evening of prayer, reflection, singing, and reading of Scripture.
