WHO WE ARE

Redemption Hill Church is led by Simon and Tarryn Murphy. Simon was ordained in 2004 as an elder of New Covenant Church Bryanston (NCCB). After spending four years in full time ministry at NCCB, they felt God’s call to relocate to Singapore in 2008. This call to Singapore was not an independent decision made by themselves, but prompted by leaders in their lives who recognized a call to the nations, and specifically Singapore. It was further confirmed by their co-elders at NCCB, friends and family members, as well as leaders from around the world who knew them well.

They have two children, a daughter named Tyra, and a son named Rory.

Redemption Hill is registered in Singapore as an independent church. We do also freely choose to partner with and be accountable to a team of men who are recognized as gifts to the wider church body for the equipping of the saints, maturing of the body, and increasing our knowledge of the Son of God (Eph 4).

We believe that RHC makes up one part of the larger church of Singapore, and look to work together with like minded churches to see the gospel proclaimed and people come to wholeness in Christ.
