WHAT WE ARE DOING - MISSION & VISION :
We are a people living “to see the city of Singapore (followed by the cities of Asia) transformed by the gospel as people are saved and come to know, worship and serve Jesus.”
What we believe RHC will look like:
- A church that is renowned for the preaching of the gospel and the full counsel of God. It is a church where the Word of God is honored and revered.
- A church whose people see themselves as missionaries to the city of Singapore.
- A church of Christians 'up-stream culturally' meaning that Christians have influence in government roles, policy setting institutions, business forums, educational systems, media agencies, popular culture and the arts.
- A church of strong men who lead and love their families, by laying their lives down for their wives, providing for their households, and raising their children to love the Lord.
- A church that ministers to drug addicts, prostitutes, gamblers, the broken and the despised and sees them redeemed, set free from addictions and made whole in Christ.
- A church that is involved with tackling the social issues of our day as a response to God’s liberating work in us. This action on our part shines as a bright light for our God in this city.
- A church that prays.
- A church of that expresses passionate, vibrant and extravagant worship to our God.
- A church of joy, a passionate people who love doing what God has called them to.
- A church whose people are generous with finances, time and resources
- A church that serves the body of Christ by hosting international conferences and forums for the training, edification and inspiring of a young generation of believers.
- A church that is a base for the training of pastors and church planters.
- A church that partners with churches and plants churches all over the world.
- A church where theological research, writing and translating are done for the dispensation of resources through Asia and beyond.
- A church sending people for short, medium and long term apostolic trips for the strengthening of the church.
