Raimy Abdul Talib
Staff: Web & Media 

Raimy came to know the Lord through a childhood friend and is now on staff at Redemption Hill Church. Having faced and endured many difficulties as a Christian, Raimy’s enthusiasm and energy is an inspiration and an encouragement to those around him. He uses his God-given talent to design and produce almost all of our print and web content and plays an important role in many practical aspects of our church life.

Rachel Berry
Staff: Communications & Operations 

Rachel spent her growing up years moving between rainy London and sunny Singapore and has a great understanding of both cultures. Having studied film at university, she has a passion to see many more people hear the gospel through the use of moving image and art. Drawing on the operational skills she earned as a film producer, Rachel is one half of the operations team at RHC and has a vital role in assisting to ensure administrative efficiency.

Ivan Ossa, married to Michelle
Elder 

Ivan and Michelle have a great passion: seeing people walking in the fullness of what Christ has done for them, especially a deep personal walk with Jesus, through the Holy Spirit. Together they have been a huge blessing to RHC since they joined mid way through 2009, and have helped RHC become what it is today. Ivan is involved in overseeing Community Groups, as well as many of the organizational aspects of the church, including financial oversight.

Simon Murphy, married to Tarryn
Elder, Staff: Pastor 

Simon and Tarryn moved to Singapore in September 2008 to plant Redemption Hill Church. They have a daughter Tyra, a son Rory, and are expecting a third child in 2011. Simon loves preaching and seeing people ‘get’ the gospel, whilst Tarryn enjoys her being mom, being involved in the worship team, as well as overseeing the children’s ministry. Simon’s responsibilities at RHC include preaching, pastoral oversight, and overall leadership of the church.

Aidan Spencer, married to Niki
Elder 

Aidan and Niki Spencer have lived a large portion of their lives in Asia. Niki’s parents uprooted their family in 1990 to go and serve God in Taiwan. Having spent so much time in Asia, they both speak Mandarin fluently. In 2004, they moved to Singapore to start a new life that God had led them towards. They have been involved in new church plants, translation, missions to Asian nations and building worship teams during their time in Singapore. Aidan oversees the worship ministry of the church, as well as being involved in pastoral work.

Tan Huai Tze, married to Cindy
Elder, Staff: Pastor 

Huai Tze and Cindy joined RHC in April 2009, desiring to live out their lives in a gospel community that would impact the world. Tze has a deep passion for theology and the power of the Spirit, and wants to see the gospel proclaimed in a greater way in Singapore. Cindy sees her vocation as a doctor as part of God’s call on her life at this time, although she devotes much of her spare time to discipling others. They have a daughter, Caitlyn. Tze plays an important role in overseeing Community Groups, discipleship and teaching at RHC.

Charmaine Wong, married to Winston
Staff: Operations Manager 

Charmaine and her husband Winston are lawyers by training and are committed to serving God wholeheartedly wherever He may call them. At Redemption Hill Church, Charmaine applies her sharp mind to overseeing and coordinating all of the church’s administrative functions. She keeps the office and back-room running smoothly and is mostly the reason why anyone else can get anything done at all.

Daniel Yap, married to Marja-Leena
Staff: Ministry Staff and Secretary 

Daniel and his wife Marja-Leena have both served on board the ship Doulos and have three boys – Eliel, Nooa and Mika. Daniel is driven by the deep and intellectual truths of God’s word and cannot resist the call of God to preach the gospel everywhere. Formerly part of a boutique advertising agency, Daniel helps run church worship services and contributes to the church’s mission by writing and editing teaching materials and media content.
